Welcome to MultiKick (“the Service”), available at https://multikick.com/.

MultiKick is an independent web-based multi-stream viewing dashboard that allows users to watch multiple live streams from Kick.com simultaneously within a single interface.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

MultiKick enables users to display and watch multiple Kick.com live streams in one browser interface by combining publicly available Kick stream.

Users can create viewing layouts by entering Kick channel names directly in the URL.

MultiKick does not host, retransmit, or modify stream content. All video content is delivered directly from Kick.

MultiKick is not affiliated with, or operated by Kick.

2. Access

The Service can be used without creating an account.

Some optional features may require authentication via Kick OAuth. When used, authentication data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and any activity performed through your Kick account when connected.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of applicable laws
• attempt to interfere with Kick streams or infrastructure
• misuse the Service to generate abusive or automated traffic
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We may restrict access in case of abuse or technical risk.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

All streams displayed through MultiKick are provided by Kick.

We do not control or guarantee:

• stream availability
• stream content
• stream legality or permissions

Any issues related to stream content must be addressed to Kick or the respective streamer.

5. Intellectual Property

The MultiKick website, layout system, code, and interface are protected by intellectual property laws.

Kick streams, branding, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all devices, or continued access to Kick embeds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiKick shall not be liable for:

• stream interruptions or removals
• changes to Kick services or embed policies
• loss of use or viewing experience
• indirect or consequential damages

8. Modification or Discontinuation

The Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
